Perfect sunrise views daily
What a delight to wake up every morning to the majestic sight of Mt. Fuji! The room was ample enough for our family of three, and the staff went above and beyond in accommodating our requests. The onsen provided a refreshing respite after a long day, and the fresh, quality breakfast options were a lovely start to our mornings. We made the most of the location, grabbing a quick bite at nearby eateries and enjoying the scenic Lake Yamanakako just steps away.
That said, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with the hotel's restaurant being closed at certain times, leaving us to seek dining options outside. Additionally, the check-out process felt rigid, further emphasizing a lack of flexibility that we’d come to appreciate in other Japanese hotels.

Spectacular Views and Comfortable Stay
I loved the stunning views of Mt. Fuji right from my room, especially in the morning when the sun rose. The onsen was a relaxing highlight for me, and the spacious bath area was a great escape after a day of exploring. Plus, the helpful staff made everything so easy, from check-in to addressing our requests promptly. The location by Lake Yamanakako with nearby eateries was super convenient for our family. One minor improvement could be extending the check-out time to allow for a more leisurely morning.

clean onsen, nice view of Lake Yamanakako, proximity to local eateries
The restaurant only serving tour bus guests is absurd!!! Checking out at 10 am only to recheck in at 3 pm feels unnecessarily rigid!!! A more flexible dining option would greatly enhance the experience!!!

The hotel has a lovely location with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and the nearby lake. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes, catering well to different tastes. However, the room's décor felt a bit dated, and the onsen might not appeal to everyone due to its traditional setup.

The room was spacious and comfy for our family of 3. We loved the little table where we could chill and have snacks. The view of Mt. Fuji from our room was stunning—waking up to that was awesome! Plus, the staff was super quick to get us an extra pillow late at night. Only downside? The décor felt a bit dated. But the onsen area was clean and had great amenities, making it a nice escape after a day out.
